GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REPTÉRI PARKOLÓ CENTRUM LTD.
2220 VECSES, OUTSKIRTS 0193/8
When entering the parking lot, the operator performs data recording for verification, proof, and security purposes in accordance with data protection regulations:
- A photograph and video recording of the vehicle are made, which may also show passengers in the vehicle. The operator uses these recordings solely for the operation of the parking lot and will destroy them 20 days after the end of the service relationship. The operator only releases the recordings in response to official requests specified by law for official use.
- The vehicle’s registration number is recorded.
In case of a dispute regarding the vehicle’s condition, the burden of proof lies with the customer. Even if successful, the costs of proof cannot be passed on to the operator.
The customer acknowledges that for proving ownership (disposal rights) of the vehicle, the operator accepts:
- The vehicle’s registration certificate, or
- The vehicle’s title certificate as valid proof.
By booking via phone, in person, or online, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions. Refusal to accept these terms will result in the service not being provided.
Upon entry to the parking area, the operator considers the person proving ownership as the legitimate customer of the vehicle. When exiting the vehicle, provided there is no apparent doubt, the person presenting the vehicle keys and parking card is deemed the legitimate customer.
Operator’s Obligations:
- Store the vehicle in an open-air secured parking area against the applicable charges in the current pricing schedule.
- Release the vehicle in the condition recorded during data recording to the person with the keys and parking card upon payment of the parking fee.
- Ensure the safe conditions for vehicle movements within the parking area.
- Provide airport transfer service to and from Ferihegy 1 and Ferihegy 2 terminals according to the transfer process.
The customer is obliged to pay the fees according to the operator’s records, retain the parking card, and adhere to the Parking Rules.
Considering the nature of the open parking area, the operator’s responsibility is limited to preserving the vehicle’s condition. The operator is not responsible for any contamination that occurs during outdoor storage. The operator is not liable for any damage caused by third parties to vehicles parked in the parking space.
The operator does not inspect or record any valuables left in the vehicle’s passenger or cargo compartments. Therefore, any responsibility related to these items is excluded. The operator is not liable for valuables left in the vehicle’s passenger or cargo compartments, particularly for audio, video, telecommunication, or navigation equipment.
The operator excludes liability for damages resulting from force majeure events not covered by insurance and for consequences of official measures.
No live animals, hazardous substances, chemicals, explosives, or any items prohibited by law can be stored in the vehicle. If such suspicion arises, the operator will notify the authorities and act according to their instructions.
Payment of Parking Fees:
- Customers organized by travel agencies will pay the parking fee in the manner specified in the travel contract.
- Individual customers are required to pay the fees before or at the latest before leaving the parking lot.
- In the absence of other agreements, payment can only be made in Hungarian legal tender, in cash.
If a person who cannot present a parking card intends to remove the vehicle from the parking lot, the operator will separately verify the right of disposal. The staff will request the driver to confirm their identity and present proof of ownership. If the driver and the person listed in the ownership document are not the same, providing an original power of attorney with at least two witnesses’ readable signatures and addresses is also mandatory. In case of doubt, the operator is entitled to request an official measure, and the vehicle may be retained until this is resolved. Any direct or indirect claims arising from disputes over the right of disposal of the vehicle are excluded against the operator.
Transfer Process
The operator provides transportation between the parking lot and Ferihegy 1 and Ferihegy 2 airport terminals using its own bus service (airport transfer).
The transfer cost is included in the parking fee. If the customer does not wish to use the transfer, this does not affect the fee.
The transfer request should be made at the parking lot upon arrival or by phone from the airport for the return trip, using the numbers provided on the parking card.
The operator’s responsibility for property and personal damages during the transfer is governed by the General Terms and Conditions.
The operator will provide the transfer service upon request. The operator commits to dispatching the transfer bus for the outbound trip within 15 minutes of receiving the request and within 20 minutes of the terminal for the return trip. The indicative travel time is approximately 15 minutes. It is the customer’s responsibility to consider this timeframe as needed for their travel.
The operator will make every effort to ensure the customer is transported to the terminal or parking lot within the maximum time mentioned above but does not accept responsibility for delays due to technical, traffic, or official reasons. Claims related to catching flights are excluded.
The staff assists with safe boarding and disembarking of the transfer buses but is not responsible for loading or handling luggage; this task is not required of the bus drivers or staff.
The buses follow a predetermined route; boarding and disembarking are only possible at the parking lot and terminals.
The operator may exclude any customer deemed by them as not in a safe state for travel (e.g., visibly intoxicated or impaired individuals) from the service.
The customer, as a passenger, must adhere to traffic regulations and requirements for courteous travel.
By lawfully leaving the parking lot, the relationship between the parties ends, and the operator will not accept complaints related to the service thereafter.
Agreements made here are valid even without a signed parking card.
For issues not covered in the parking regulations, the Civil Code and other applicable legal regulations regarding the operator’s activities apply.
The current parking fee schedule is an annex to these Terms and Conditions.
PARKING RULES
Vehicle movement within the parking lot is assisted by the parking staff. Vehicles must be parked according to staff instructions but should also avoid obstructing other vehicles, exits, or loading areas even in the absence of staff direction.

Vehicles should be stored in a locked state with any built-in security systems (additional mechanical and electronic protection, if available) activated.
The customer may retain the vehicle keys. Any damage resulting from lost keys is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
In case of force majeure, the operator may move or, if necessary, tow the vehicles. Force majeure includes fires, natural disasters, attacks, terrorist acts, or any unforeseeable events beyond human control, where the operator cannot ensure the safety of persons and property.
During entry and exit, verification and data recording are carried out.
Upon leaving the parking lot, the staff checks the entitlement to remove the vehicle.
