Upon your request, we will provide information about the personal data managed by us or by our contracted data processor, including:
- the source of data,
- the purpose and legal basis of data management,
- the duration of data management, or if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this duration,
- the names, addresses, and data management activities of our data processors,
- the circumstances and effects of data protection incidents and the measures taken to prevent and remedy them, and
- the legal basis and recipients of data transfers of your personal data.
We will provide our response within the shortest possible time, but no later than 25 days from the submission of the request. The information is provided free of charge, except when you have already submitted a request for information regarding the same set of data within the current year. The fee you have already paid will be refunded if we have processed the data unlawfully or if the request for information results in correction. We can only refuse to provide information in cases specified by law, citing the legal provision and informing you about the possibility of judicial remedy or contacting the Authority.
Our Company will notify you and all those to whom the data has been previously transferred for data processing purposes about any correction, restriction, designation, or deletion of personal data, except if the notification would not harm your legitimate interests.
If we do not fulfill your request for correction, restriction, or deletion, we will inform you in writing or, with your consent, electronically within 25 days of receiving the request, explaining the reasons for our refusal and informing you of your right to judicial remedy and the possibility of contacting the Authority.
If you object to the processing of your personal data, we will examine the objection within the shortest possible time, but no later than 15 days from the submission of the request, and inform you in writing of our decision. If we decide that your objection is well-founded, we will terminate the processing of data, including further data collection and transmission, and block the data, as well as notify all those to whom the personal data affected by the objection has been previously transferred, and who are obliged to take action to enforce the right to object.
We may refuse to fulfill the request if we can demonstrate that data processing is justified by compelling legitimate reasons that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or that are related to the submission, enforcement, or defense of legal claims. If you disagree with our decision or if we fail to meet the 15-day deadline, you may turn to a court within 30 days from the date of the decision or the last day of the deadline.
Adjudication of data protection cases falls within the jurisdiction of the district courts; the case may also be initiated before the court of the place of residence or domicile of the data subject, at the discretion of the data subject. If you are a foreign national, you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent in your usual place of residence or workplace.
Before contacting the supervisory authority or the court with your complaint, we kindly ask you to contact our Company to facilitate negotiation and a quick resolution of the issue.
